Swansea FC clutch Brikama Super Cup title

Nov 5, 2021, 3:32 PM | Article By: Lamin Darboe

Swansea FC over the weekend clutched the 2021 Brikama super cup title.

They defeated Dangam FC 4-3 on penalties after the regulation time failed to produce a winner in a tightly-contested final played at the SSP Football Field.

Both sides came into the match with the motive of beating each other to clinch Brikama rainy season biggest football fiesta traditional curtain raiser but the match failed to produce a winner.

This pushed the match into post-match penalty kicks, which ended 4-3 in favour of Swansea FC.

The super cup final attracted spectators from Brikama and its environs.
