Suwaibou Kebbeh is set to join Hammarby IF permanently from Real de Banjul Football Club as confirmed a few weeks ago.
Both clubs have agreed to trigger the buy-option clause of his initial loan transfer.
The deal will be finalised after the Hammarby B-team promotion play-off in the Ettan Norra against Örebro.
