Steve Trawally scores 2nd league goal for Ajman

Gambian striker, Bubacarr ‘Steve’ Trawally scored his second league goal of the season for his Emirati side Ajman Club during their 2-1 home win over defending champions Al Jazira in their week-nine fixture of the Emirati Arabian Gulf League played at the Ajman Stadium on Tuesday.

The 26-year-old opened the scoring for his side in the 20th minute of the game, before Mohamed Firas Ben Al Arbi scored the winning goal in the 63rd minute.

The goal was the second league goal scored by the Scorpions international after scoring his first goal during their 3-1 home defeat against Al Dhafra played on the 22nd October 2021.

The triumph has moved Ajman to 7th position with 14 points, while Al Jazira sits 4th position with 16 points.
