Iceland FC, who were tipped by many soccer enthusiasts in Gunjur and its stallite areas as underdogs, scored three goals during the match to snatch a resounding victory over Solar Entreprise FC.
Solar Entreprise FC netted one goal in the match, which eventually proved to be a consolation for them.
The Solar Entreprise boys will contend to win their remaining group matches to cruise to the semi-finals of the Gunjur Beach Soccer Tournament.
The 2024 Gunjur Beach Soccer Tournament is organised by Gunjur Sports Committee (GSC) to scout good players to represent the Coastal Town in the upcoming national beach soccer tournament slated for later this year.
