The Sibanor based-team defeated Kunkujang Friends 2-1 in a well-attended final played at the Brikama Box Mini Stadium on Saturday.
Francis Gomez and Sainey Nyassi scored for Sibanor United during the match.
As champions, Sibanor United went home with a giant trophy and undisclosed cash prize.
Sibanor United will now represent West Coast Region in the 2025 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Second Division League promotion play-offs where they will play against teams from Banjul, Kanifing Municipality, North Bank Region, Lower River Region, Central River Region and Upper River Region.
Kunkujang Friends will hang their boots until next season after losing to Sibanor United.
