Battle for survival in The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One League has intensified.

BST Galaxy, Wallidan, Bombada and Waa Banjul are all scuffling for survival in the country’s Elite League for another season despite their woeful performance in the league campaign.

Coach Malang Yaffa and his BST Galaxy charges currently sit two-places above relegation zone on the First Division League table with 32 points after 29 league outings.

BST Galaxy will strive to beat Team Rhino in their final league match to stay in the country’s Elite League for another season.

Wallidan occupy one-place above demotion zone on the First Division League table with 32 points in 29 league matches.

The Blues will contend to overcome Fortune FC in their final league fixture to survive in the country’s Elite League for another season.

Bombda sit third-place from bottom on the First Division League table with 32 points after 29 league fixtures.

The Brikama based-club will clash to overpower Samger in their final league clash to stay in the country’s Elite League for another season.

Waa Banjul occupy second-place from bottom on the First Division League table with 31 points in 29 league outings.

 The Banjul based-club must beat Steve Biko in their final league outing and hope teams above them slip to stay in the country’s Elite League for another season.
