Upon resumption of the match, Bujingha United FC regrouped themselves and created goal scoring chances but were unable to unlock Scorpions FC’s solid defence line thus the match ended 1-0 in favour of Scorpion FC.
Head coach of Scorpion FC, Saidou Bah, expressed delight for clinching the knockout trophy.

Head coach of Bujinhga United FC, Musa Bojang, revealed that his side played a very good game but were beaten by Scorpions FC.
‘‘We have a penalty as the central referee pointed to the spot but assistant referee waved for an off side.
''We are happy for the victory,’’ coach Bojang said.
