Samger triumph over Gunjur in Kombo South players' scouting tour

After a narrow 1-0 victory over Tanji in the opening match of their players' scouting tour in Kombo South, Samger FC on Friday defeated Gunjur 2-1 in their match played at the at the Nyamina mini stadium.

The matches are in preparations ahead of the 2025\2026 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One League campaign.

Samger FC regained promotion to the country's Elite League after beating RS Talllinding 4-3 on post-match penalty shootouts after regulation time ended goalless in their play-off final played at the Live Your Dreams Sports Complex in Basori.

Samger FC will clash with another team in Kombo South in the coming days as they continue their preparations for the upcoming season.
