Real, Wallidan vie for 2nd spot in 1st Tier after Fortune clutch league title

Real De Banjul and Wallidan are currently vying for second-place in the on-going 2020-2021 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One League after Fortune FC clinched the league title over the weekend.

City boys, Real are sitting second-place on the country’s elite league table with 36 points in twenty-three league matches.

Real De Banjul will affray to win their remaining three league outings to secure qualification to the 2021-2022 CAF Confederations Cup.

The Blue boys are occupying third-place on the country’s premier league table with 34 points after twenty-three league matches.

Wallidan will contend to win their remaining three league ties and hope Real De Banjul slip to snatch qualification to the 2021-2022 CAF Confederations Cup. 

Meanwhile, Fortune FC will represent The Gambia in the 2021-2022 CAF Champions League after clutching the 2020-2021 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One League title.
