Over the weekend, MoPS defeated Department of Information Service (DoIS) by three goals to nil during a friendly encounter played at Latri-Kunda Upper Basic School Football Ground.
Muhammed Conteh opened the score line for MoPS FC in the 45th minute, while Lamin Jallow registered the second goal in the second period.
Sulayman Barrow, the head coach for MoPS FC, expressed delight over his team’s performance against their counterparts’ institutions.
“I am inviting Government institutions and parastatals to put forward their interest to play against MoPS in friendly football matches to strengthen mutual understanding and cooperation,” Coach Barrow said.
