Coach Mckinstry is expected to arrive in the country this weekend to announce his squad before travelling to Casablanca, Morocco for the continent’s biggest football showpiece qualifier matches against the Tunisians and Comoros Islands.
The Gambia will rub shoulders with Comoros Islands in their opening qualifier match on 4th September 2024 at the Stade Abdi at 3pm.
The Scorpions will clash with Tunisia in their second qualifier match on 8th September 2024 at the same venue at 3pm.
The Gambia will battle to triumph over both Comoros Islands and Tunisia in their two opening qualifier matches to clasp the significant three points.
Meanwhile, the Scorpions will play against Madagascar both home and away qualifier matches in October 2024 before clashing with Comoros Islands and Tunisia in November 2024.
