Matches abandoned at Independence Stadium

The Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Competition Department has announced the suspension of divisional matches between BK Milan and Jam City as well as Real de Banjul vs Samger FC due to power outrage.

There have been similar incidents resulting to cancellation of other matches recently.

In s separate development, the Organising Committee of the GFF informed clubs that all matches at the Independence Stadium are suspended due to closure of the Independence Stadium for the rehabilitation until the end of March 2022.

All matches will be scheduled at other available grounds accordingly.

In line with standard practice, all clubs affected shall be duly refunded their match day expenses.
