According to Team Talk, Liverpool are eager to sign Minteh after struggling to land RB Leipzig's Yan Diomande.
Minteh joined Brighton from Newcastle for £30m in the summer of 2024.
He has made 73 appearances for Brighton, scoring 10 goals and provided 9 assists.
