Komani defeated Football Hero 6-5 on post-match penalty shootouts following a 1-1 stalemate in regulation time while Universal defeated Superstars Academy from 11-yards to set up the championship decider.
The date for the final will be communicated by the Kanifing Municipality Regional Football Association (KMRFA) with the winner to represent the region in the national triangular playoffs for a place in the national division.
