Mustapha Jallow scored all three goals for Real de Banjul. He scored the hat-trick in the 12th, 66th and 87th minute respectively.
City boys, Real de Banjul now collected their 14th victory of the league, while Banjul United suffered their ninth loss of the competition.
Real de Banjul overall collected 14 wins, 7 draws and suffered 6 defeats after 27 games while Banjul United overall registered 7 wins, 11 draws and succumbed to 9 defeats after 27 matches.
The victory maintained Real de Banjul on 2nd position with 49 points, six points behind leaders while Banjul United occupy 11th position with 31 points.
Hawks FC beat Fortune FC 2-1 during the late encounter played at the Independence Stadium in Bakau on Wednesday.
Modou Lamin Jarju opened the scoring for Hawks in the 13th minute before Abdourahman Jobe added the second goal in the 26th minute.
Defending champions Fortune FC pulled one goal back in the 83rd minute.
League leaders Hawks FC now extended their chances of winning the league after collecting their 17th win of the league, while Petroleum Boys, Fortune FC suffered their 12th defeat of the league.
Hawks FC overall recorded 17 wins, 4 draws and suffered 6 defeats after 27 games, while Farato-based team, Fortune FC overall registered 8 wins, 7 draws and suffered 12 losses after 27 games.
The victory maintained Hawks FC’s lead on the table standing with 55 points, six points above second-place while the defeat put Fortune FC on 12th position with 31 points.
