Gunjur project loses to Jujuba in Gunjur junior tourney

Gunjur Project FC over the weekend lost to Jujuba FC 1-0 in the ongoing Gunjur football tournament played at the Comium Park.

Central defender Yankuba Touray’s own goal earned Jujuba FC the significant three points to land their first win in the championship.

Gunjur Project FC requires a win in their final group game to navigate to the quarter-final despite slipping to Jujuba FC in their second group match.

Jujuba FC, on the other hand, also need to win their two remaining group matches to sail to the quarter-final after beating Gunjur Project FC 1-0 in their opening group game.
