Upper Niumi District Sports Committee recently commenced its 2020 inter-village football tournament sponsored by Gambia For All political party at the tune of D65, 000.00.
Jujuba United were relegated in the yearly Gunjur rainy season biggest football contest after losing to Kuluckochi United FC 0-1 in their third Group B fixture.
Kombo Real Estate FC were demoted in the annual Gunjur wet season biggest football jamboree following their goalless draw with Asselem FC in their third Group C clash.
Kulukochi United FC and Argentina FC both secured qualification to the quarter-finals of Gunjur nawetan after finishing top and second spots respectively in Group B.
Asselem FC and Mariken FC also secured qualification to the quarterfinals of Gunjur summer biggest football fiesta after finishing first and second places in Group C.
