The Gidda Boys defeated Nyambai 1-0 in a well-attended final played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium recently.
Modou Sanyang scored for Gidda in the second minute of the match from a glancing header, which eventually proved to be the winner for the Gidda based-team.
As champions, Gidda went home with a giant trophy and a cash prize of D15, 000 while Nyambai received D10, 000 as runners-up.
