Gibakoto United FC and Global FC have both secured victories in the 2024-2025 Cash Up sponsored Gunjur ‘nawettan’ league after winning their opening group matches at the Gunjur Upper Basic School Football Field over the weekend.

The Jambanjelly based-team defeated Falcons FC 1-0 at 3pm encounter played on Saturday.

Global FC beat Santos FC on the same score line 5pm match played on the same day.

Gibakoto United FC and Global FC secured 3 points each after winning their opening group matches.

Falcons FC and Santos FC are both without a point after losing their opening group matches.
