The Dutch Lions signed Dibba after guiding Tanji to the 2024 Approves Service (APS) sponsored Kombo South District football tournament trophy.
Dibba won the best player award in the recently concluded Kombo South district football tournament following his stellar performance for Tanji in the Kombo South District biggest football festivity.
