Gambia Women's U-20 dismantle Fortune in warm up clash

Gambia Womens U 20 v5

The Gambia Women's U-20 team on Tuesday thrashed Division One League side, Fortune Women's team 5-0 in a friendly match  played at the National Technical Training Centre in Old Yundum.

Ellen Gomez scored a hat-trick during the match.

Sarah Jarju and Marie Prierra each scored a goal.

The latter scoring from a direct corner kick.

The Gambia Women's U-20 team are currently preparing themselves ready for the 2026 WAFU-A U-20 Cup of Nations to be hosted in Guinea Bissau.
