Gambia U-20 leave for Egypt as Africa U-20 Youth Championship approaches

The Young Scorpions will hold series of training sessions in the North African country to prepare themselves fit enough for their opening Group C match against Tunisia on 21st February 2023 at 4pm.

Coach Abdoulie Bojang travelled to Egypt with twenty-five (25) players for the 2023 Total Energies Africa U-20 Youth Championship.

Meanwhile, the continent’s bi-annual junior biggest football fiesta is set to commence on 19th February 2023.

The semi-finalists of the 2023 Total Energies Africa U-20 Youth Championship will represent the continent in the 2023 FIFA U-20 World Cup to be held in Indonesia.
