The draw for the continent’s bi-annual biggest football fiesta qualifiers is slated for 4th July 2024 in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The Scorpions will be hoping to avoid house-hold names such as Cameroon, Senegal, Nigeria, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria and Ivory Coast in the draw for the 2025 Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Gambia were eliminated in the group phase of the 2023 Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations hosted in Ivory Coast, after losing all their group matches.
The continent’s bi-annual biggest football fiesta qualifier matches are set to begin in September 2024.
The 2025 Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations will be held in Morocco.
