The Gambia will rub shoulders with Equatorial Guinea in their first international match on 5th June 2025.
The Scorpions will lock horns with Uganda in their second international match on 9th June 2025.
Coach Jonathan Mckinstry and his Scorpions charges failed to snatch qualification to the 2025 Total Energies Africa Cup of Nations after finishing second-place from bottom in Group A of the continent’s bi-annual biggest football showpiece qualifiers with 8 points in six qualifier matches.
The Gambia qualified for the Africa Cup of Nations twice in 2021 and 2023 respectively.
