FK Jablonec sign Lamin Jawo on loan

Czech Republic Top Tier side FK Jablonec have signed Gambian international Lamin Jawo on a six-month loan deal from FK Mlada Boleslav .

The 29-year-old scored seven goals for FK Mlada Boleslav in the Czech League last season.

He was on the score sheet for FK Mlada Boleslav in their UEFA Conference League qualifiers before moving to FK Jablonec.

Lamin Jawo and his FK Mlada Boleslav side are currently in Turkey for a two-week training camp to prepare themselves fit enough for the new Czech Republic league season.

Jawo thanked Allah for everything.

He revealed that last season he had a very good season, scoring eight goals in all competition plus a goal in the final.

Jawo further revealed that that he also scored in their UEFA Conference League qualifier match to earn his side a place in the group phase of the championship.

He pointed out he had already achieved.

“The club did not qualify for European competition for seventeen years. I scored in the final last season to earn my team a place in the group stage of the UEFA Conference League,’” Jawo said.

Jawo thanked Allah for everything.

He expressed delight for joining FK Jablonec Football Club.

 Jawo stated that he was happy to be part of FK Jablonec project because they qualified for UEFA Conference League next season.

“I choose to come to FK Jablonec even though I had other offers from abroad and secondly I need more playing time,” he said. “I need to stay in the league that I already know,” Jawo explained.
