Scorpions’ winger Ebrima Colley has scored his first goal of the season for his Turkish club Fatih Karagümrük, during their 4-2 defeat in the hands of Antalyaspor, in their week-13 fixtures of the Turkish Super Lig played on Sunday.

The 22-year-old midfielder gave his side the lead after scoring the opening goal in the 4th minute.

He also assisted in the Senegalese striker Mbaye Diange’s goal to double his side's lead in the 19th minute of the first half.

The former Hawks player has now scored one goal and provided three assists in eight matches for Fatih Karagümrük.

Meanwhile, Ebrima Colley joined the Turkish club (Fatih Karagümrük) on loan from Atalanta on 30 June 2022.

He was later loaned to Verona and Spezia for more playing time.

He played 11 Serie A games for Spezia last season, before joining Fatih Karagümrük in Turkey.

The defeat dropped Ebrima Colley and Fatih Karagümrük to 13th position with 12 points after 12 games, while Antalyaspor occupy 10th position with 16 points.

Ebrima Colley excused himself from being called up by The Gambia’s national team Coach Tom Saintfiet for the double international friendly games against DR Congo and Liberia respectively next week due to personal reasons.
