New Jeshwang and Ebo Town are some of the places where grassroots football is growing at a very fast pace, producing some of the finest players playing in The Gambia Football Federation (GFF)’s elite division as well as in the 2nd and 3rd divisions. These two communities have also produced amazing Gambian international players such as Gaira Joof, Abdoulie ‘Bamba lie’ Sanyang, amongst others.
