The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has scheduled 8 October 2026 to hear the Senegalese Football Federation's appeal over the controversial outcome of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations final.

In a statement issued on Friday, CAS said the hearing will take place at its headquarters in Lausanne, Switzerland, involving the Senegalese Football Federation, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) and the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.

Senegal is challenging CAF's decision to strip the Teranga Lions of the 2025 AFCON title after ruling that they forfeited the final. CAF subsequently awarded Morocco a 3-0 victory and crowned them African champions.
