Sonko was speaking to journalists shortly following his side's 1-0 win over Jeshwang City FC in a keenly-contested final played at the Serrekunda West Mini Stadium on Sunday.
He congratulated his players for their brilliant performance against Jeshwang City FC in the 2025 Alhagie MO Faal Super Cup final.
According to the coach, Jeshwang City FC had chances to score but failed to capitalise on them, giving Cambel Town the opportunity to score a goal and clinch the late Alhagie MO Faal Super Cup trophy.
Head coach of Jeshwang City FC, Sulayman Bojang, revealed that his side came purposely to clinch the Alhagie MO Faal Serrekunda West Cup trophy but failed.
Bojang further revealed that they would now go back to the drawing board to prepare themselves well for the 2025\2026 Serrekunda West nawettan.
