Foni sailed to the final of the West Coast Region zonal football championship after Sanyang’s points were forfeited for fielding an unqualified player in their semi-final match.
The Foni boys will be determined to overcome Brufut to retain their West Coast Region zonal football tournament trophy.
It could be recalled that Foni won the West Coast Region zonal football tournament trophy last year following their 4-1 post-match penalty shootouts win over Gunjur after regulation time ended 1-1 in a tightly-contested final played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium.
