Brikama Utd batters Berewuleng to clutch WRC pre-season tournament trophy

Brikama United on Tuesday thumped Berewuleng 2-0 in a final played at the Brikama Box Bar Mini Stadium to lift the 2020-2021 West Coast Region pre-season football tournament trophy.

The Sateyba boys netted two goals without Berewuleng responding to secure their first-ever West Coast Region pre-season football title.

The trophy was presented to Brikama United captain Adama Sabally by Citizen Alliance standard bearer Dr. Ismaila Ceesay.

The pre-season football tournament was organised to prepare West Coast Region league clubs for the 2020-2021 Gambia Football Federation (GFF) Division One and Two league campaigns set to start next week.
