Assan Ceesay’s Osnabruck held in German 2nd Tier

Gambian international striker Assan Ceesay’s Osnabruck shared the spoils with Stuttgart in the 2019-2020 German Second Division League following a goalless draw in a tightly-contested match played on Sunday.

Ceesay and his Osnabruck side were occupying three places above relegation zone in the German second tier prior to their clash with Stuttgart, who is sitting second-spot in the league standings.

He and his team came all out to clinch the significant three points to better their status in the league standings but the match ended goalless.

Meanwhile, Osnabruck  have now snatched 35 points after thirty league games with four more fixtures to go before the end of the  German Second Division League season.
