AESSA clasp UTG Vice Chancellor league trophy

School of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences Students' Association (AESSA) clutched University of The Gambia Vice Chancellor league trophy following their post-match penalty shootouts victory over Economic and Management Students Association (ECOMANSA) after regulation time ended 1-1 in a tightly-contested final played at the Qcity Football Field in Brusubi.

The victory came after the final of the knock out tournament.

Both teams found the back of the net during the match thus the match ended 1-1.

This pushed the match into penalty shootouts, which ended in favour of AESSA.

AESSA extended its heartfelt appreciation to the entire student body, UTGSU Sports Ministry and supporters for their sportsmanship displayed during the final.
