Ablie Jallow guided Seraing to win over RWD Molenbeek

Scorpions’ midfielder, Ablie Jallow guided his Belgian side RFC Seraing to a 1-0 home win over RWD Molenbeek in their week twenty-four fixture of the Belgian Second Division League (First Division B) played at the Stade du Pairay on Sunday.

The 22-year-old scored the only goal of the game for his side in the 62nd minute to ensure they collect the all-important three points against the RWD Molenbeek side.

Germano as he is fondly called has now scored in Seraing’s back-to-back fixtures against RWD Molenbeek with the first in a 4-2 away win on 3rd March 2021.

The Bundung-born player has now scored five goals in 17 appearances for the Seraing-based team.

The result has maintained Ablie Jallow and RFC Seraing’s second position in the Belgian Second Division League with 45 points, while RWD Molenbeek sits sixth position with 30 points after twenty-four matches.

The former Real de Banjul and Generation Foot player is part of Tom Saintfiet squad to face Angola this Thursday before travelling away to DR Congo.
