
Managing Director of Africmed International Hospital Dr. Omar Jagne donated sports materials to Muritabeh football team, who are participating in the on-going Sare Nfally football championship.
Dr. Jagne donated 15 T-Shirts and three football to Sare Nfally football tournament.
Yankuba Darboe donated 15 T-Shirts and three footballs to Sare Nfally village football tournament.
The team is named after Yankuba Darboe.
Modou Turo Darboe sponsored the full nawettan.
Darboe also donated T-shirts for the participating teams.
Nine teams are currently participating in the Sare Nfally village in Lower Falladou West, Central River Region.
Yuth coordinator of Sare Nfally, Suso Cham, commended the donors for their magnanimous gesture.
He described as the donation as timely, adding that these kind of donations had never happened in his village.
Cham expressed appreciation to the donors for their support, adding that the presentation of sports materials to 10 participating team within Lower Fulladou West Central River South are significant.
He said that the presentation marked another milestone in the history of Fulladou as this magnitude of donation had never happened before.
“We say Bravo to our sponsors and we are proud of them, their support would continue to linger in the history book of Fulladou.”
This donation could have not been realised without the intervention and support of our dynamic brother who have big ambitious heart to see the welfare of the Fulladou, and he is nobody but Abdoulie Nyockeh,'' Cham said.
Cham revealed that Abdoulie Nyockeh is a young man with determination and hard work.
''We enourage him to continue the good work and the Almighty Allah will reward him one day,'' Cham posited.
Cham commended donors Dr Omar Jagne, Yankuba Darboe and Ambassador of the poor and needy Gambians Modou Turo Darboe.
''We acknowledge and appreciate your contribution towards the welfare of the youths of Fulladou.
This is one way of encouraging the youths to come together and Forster unity,'' Cham said.
