Mr Manneh lives in Brikama at the Jamisa Ice Plant. He said both his parents died and he is an orphan. He is being accommodated by another but his life has been made difficult for him.
Hence, he said he needs help, in cash or kind, from individuals and organisations, especially the government, because of his current state. He also lamented that he is in particular need of a white cane for easier movement. A white cane is a device used by many people who are visually impaired for easier movement.
