The presentation ceremony held at Councilor’s Office in Tallinding Buffer Zone was attended by the Councilor for Tallinding South, National Assembly Member for Tallinding as well as beneficiaries.
Mamadou L. Jallow, President of United Zone Fulbeh said they are a charity and cultural association.
“This time around, the association gathered more funds to support those who are affected by flash flood disasters,” he said, adding that the association intends to support over 2000 victims.
“We did this in order to support the community. It is not the first time,” he noted.
Fatoumata Binta Bah, a member of United Zone Fulbeh said their intervention was aimed at assisting affected families.
Karamo Ceesay, Councilor for Tallinding South thanked United Zone Fulbeh for supporting the victims. He described the gesture as a good initiative.
Musa Badjie, National Assembly Member for Tallinding described the initiative as good and therefore thanked United Zone Fulbeh (UZF), Evergencia Fondo Alaves, and Haaly Pular of Victoria Gasteiz for the generosity.
