The event, which witnessed the passing out of 682 pupils from grade 6, also saw presentation of awards to some of the most outstanding pupils during the academic year under view.
In her remarks, Marie Kujabi, who ends her tenure as headteacher of the school, thanked Almighty God for seeing her through all these years and her late parents, who she said, saw the need to educate her to serve humanity.
She also extended similar commendations to the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education and those who contributed towards this success, for all the support during her tenure.
"This eased my work as chief shepherd of this renowned institution. "
She urged the teachers to continue to work as a team and support the admin and maintain the hard work they have been doing.
"Your support is much more needed now than before since there will be a new head teacher to replace me to help keep the flag higher." she added.
Mrs Isatou Ndow, guest speaker, who is also a renowned teacher, a mentor and administrator throughout her professional career, said she is proud of the accomplishment made by Madam Kujabi.
"I said we because what we are celebrating today results from combined efforts. These boys and girls are standing at the beginning of a new chapter in their lives, this includes the excitement of turning a new page, starting a new adventure, making new friends and seeing the world differently."
She called on the graduating class to always celebrate their incredible journey, further reminding them that their successes are impressive and showed just how strong and hardworking they are.
"Primary school is not just about textbooks and exams, it teaches important life lessons."
