Secka observed that the people of his wards lacked development in a number of areas, assuring that once elected into office, his first priority is to embark on meaningful project that would enhance the living condition of people in his ward.
He expressed his readiness to empower women and youth of his ward as well as ensure the ward has good feeder roads linking major towns to ease movement of people, goods and services.
Secka has already donated five thousand dalasis to a football team in his ward to facilitate their smooth participation in their third division league participation.
He also donated 30 bags of cement to Kibiri and Jamali for the completion their community projects.
He thus called on his Ward to throw their weight behind him by voting for him for more development.
