Mr Jallow’s first-hand knowledge of integrating financial and administrative systems offers a proven roadmap for ensuring a seamless and effective HRMIS deployment.
His demonstrated leadership and deep understanding of financial and human resource systems make him the ideal candidate not only to manage the HRMIS implementation but also to lead the broader civil service reform agenda, as outlined in the Civil Service Reform Programme Strategy 2018–2027.
As Director of Reforms and HRMIS Project Manager, Mr Jallow will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of all HRMIS implementation activities. His duties include ensuring the project remains on schedule, advising the Project Sponsor on resource requirements, and providing the HRMIS Developer with timely and accurate information. He will also identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, manage scheduling to ensure coordinated execution of planned activities, and oversee stakeholder engagement and communication.
