The donation, was supported in partnership with the United Kingdom Corner Stone and South Africa Lodge, Millie and Ronald de Ridder from Holland and the Foundation’s goodwill ambassadors in the UK.
The gesture, further seeks to strengthen emergency response, enhance maternal healthcare and to improve patients’ needs in underserved communities.
Presenting the items, Hagi Drammeh, founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the foundation, revealed that the donation aligns with the foundation’s mission to help people in need across the country, particularly in communities facing persistent shortages of medical resources.
He outlined that general hospitals are a priority in view of the fact that they serve large populations and manage a high number of emergency cases.
Mr. Drammeh thus thanked the donors from the United Kingdom Cornerstone and South Africa Lodge, Millie and Ronald de Ridder from Holland and the Foundation’s goodwill ambassadors in the UK.
Receiving the items, Dr John N. Jabang, head of Clinical at Ndemban Clinic, commended the CEO of the foundation for the kind gesture.
Dr. Jabang described the donation as a much-needed intervention for the patients and the hospital.
“It is heart-warming to see individuals and organizations interested in the welfare patients and hospitals.” he said.
