SheTrades project inks MOU with GWCC

ITC SheTrades in The Gambia under the Ministry of Trade, Industry, Regional Integration and Employment signed an MOU with the Gambia Women’s Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday 9 June.

The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding is to strengthen GWCC’s capacity to support women entrepreneurs across The Gambia.

The MOU would support the roll out of programmes related to advocacy on procurement and opportunities, as well as creating business linkages through B2B meetings. A regional chapter would be established across all regions in The Gambia to assist women in rural areas with local trainings and facilitate access to procurement opportunities as well.
