Senegal confirms 67 new cases of covid-19

The Senegalese Ministry of Health yesterday announced 67 positive cases of covid-29, bringing the total number to 1,182; 372 recoveries, 9 deaths and 800 under treatment.

Students taking exams in Senegal will resume classes on June 2nd.

Meanwhile, President Macky Sall has extended the state of emergency to 2 June 2020.

Africa has registered 42,769 cases and 1,759 dead.

In the world 3.44 million affected and registered 244,000 dead, 1.1 million recovered.
