The new Chargé d'Affaires of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Morocco to The Gambia, Hassane Alaoui Mostefi, has paid a courtesy call on the Office of the Speaker of the National Assembly, in a visit aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, the two sides reviewed the longstanding relations between Banjul and Rabat. Both committed to deepening them further, with particular attention to the parliamentary side of the partnership.
The Speaker and the Chargé d'Affaires expressed satisfaction with the state of the relationship, and agreed to sustain engagement between the Embassy and the National Assembly.
