In a separate engagement, and as part of its continued commitment to supporting education, the Kanifing Municipal Council (KMC) announced it has paid the tuition fees for the following individuals to assist them in their educational journeys:

- Josephine K. Mendy – University of The Gambia (UTG)
- Arokey Sanyang (PWD) – Vicky’s Hair Dressing
- Ya Fatou Camara (PWD) – Vicky’s Hair Dressing
- Awa Jarju (PWD) – Vicky’s Hair Dressing
All cheques were presented by the Chairperson of the Education Committee, except for Josephine K. Mendy, whom we could not reach on the telephone number provided.
If you know her, kindly inform her to visit the KMC Office by Monday morning to collect her cheque.
