Mr. Sillah, the plaintiff, claimed that he bought the said land from the defendant and his agency land owner had encroached on the land by fixing a gate and the defendant was aware of it.
Mr. Sillah also claimed that he wants the Honourable Court to make an order for him to be in full possession of the said land, and that the defendant to remove the gate, moulded bricks, gravel (red stones) and the sand which are on the land.
He further claimed D150,000 as damages for the encroachment, trespass and waste of time.
The case was presided over by Magistrate E. Sowe.
