Dakar Mayor and MP Barthélemy Dias, has been handed a 2-year suspended sentence and 6 months imprisonment by the Dakar Court of Appeal yesterday 21 September 2022.
The court confirms the verdict pronounced at first instance by the Dakar Criminal Court.
