
Each of the accused was granted bail in the sum of D50,000 or alternatively required to provide one Gambian surety who must deposit their national identification card with the court.
In addition to the financial and surety requirements, Magistrate Touray ordered the accused to acknowledge the conditions of their bail under self-recognition. The court also issued a strict warning prohibiting any repeat offences while the case remains under judicial consideration.
Magistrate Touray concluded by stating that any breach of the bail conditions would result in immediate revocation.
