The statement by Pastef leader Ousmane Sonko following the bloody attacks on his activists in the Saint-Louis region on Monday, November 11, against state authorities, has had an effect.

According to information received, the convoy led by the head of the coalition list Sam Sa Kaddu is currently immobilized, at the entrance to Thiès precisely at "Alou Kagne".

Several security agents of the caravan are arrested. "They are handcuffed and hidden on the ground by elements of the Multipurpose Intervention Brigade (BIP). However, the latter have not managed to get their hands on Barthélémy Dias who is nowhere to be found," we learned.

The BIP also carried out a systematic search of people and the procession. This, following the "firm" instructions given by the Minister of the Interior, Jean Baptiste Tine. The results remain unknown so far.
