Prosecutors alleged that in the month of September, 2023, at Senegambia and diverse places, in the Kanifing Municipality of the Republic of The Gambia, the accused persons were in public places and conducted themselves in a manner likely to cause a breach of the peace.
They could not take their plea because the interpreter was not available.
However, they were granted bail each in the sum of D40 with a Gambian surety who should deposit his or her ID card with the registrar of the court. He or she should swear to an affidavit of means. The accused persons should surrender their travelling documents to the registrar.
Sub-Inspector Kebbeh, along with Corporal Badjie and First Class Badjie, represented the IGP.
The case will proceed today.
